For the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question relating to its existence, validity, interpretation, performance or termination, the parties agree and undertake to submit them to the Madrid Business Mediation Centre of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, in accordance with its Regulations in force at the date of submission of the request for mediation, by a mediator appointed in accordance with the same.<\/p>\n

In the absence of resolution of disputes under the said Rules within 60* days from the date the request for mediation is admitted for processing by the Center, or upon expiration of any other time limit expressly stipulated by the parties, such disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce in accordance with its Rules in force on the date of submission of the request for arbitration. The arbitration shall be settled by sole arbitrator**%22.<\/p>\n
