Regulation<\/h3>\n

The Committee is regulated by the Statute of the Court of Arbitration of Madrid<\/strong>, as well as by the Internal Operating Rules<\/a><\/strong> approved by the Plenary of the Court<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Committee is a collegiate body <\/strong> and is responsible for the challenge and replacement of arbitrators, with the support of the Secretariat of the Court<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
