The Appointment Committee for Arbitrators is one of the most important organs of the Court<\/strong>. Its function is to appoint arbitrators if the parties cannot agree and to confirm the arbitrators proposed by the parties and the co-arbitrators.<\/p>\n The Committee is composed of a majority of prestigious professionals from the legal world, totally independent of the Court of Arbitration of Madrid<\/strong>.
