The Secretariat of the Court is managed by the Secretary General. This body is also entrusted with the scrutiny of awards and the preparation of proposals<\/strong> for the Appointment Committee<\/strong><\/a>, after consultation with the President<\/strong><\/a>, as well as the other functions attributed to it in the rules of distribution of powers of the Court<\/a><\/strong>.
