The Presidency is the highest organ of representation and functional direction of the Court<\/strong>. The appointment of the President is made by agreement of the Plenary of the Chamber for a period of four years. The incompatibility of the President is absolute, and she may not act as arbitrator in any arbitration administered by the Court, either by appointment by the Court or by the parties.
